Our Approach To Your Health
A comprehensive Cherokee County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) was completed in 2024. This report examined a wide range of factors and issues impacting health in Cherokee County. The data in this report will allow Live Healthy Cherokee to provide targted and personalized help and support for county residents.

What were the results?
Four specific areas need improvement in Cherokee County: Access to Care, Behavioral Health, Chronic Health Conditions, and Resilient Children and Families. The next step for Live Healthy Cherokee was to connect the organizations that can make that happen. More information can be found in the Community Health Improvement Plan.
